Welsh cakes


I welsh cakes sono piccoli dolci tipici gallesi che vengono cotti alla piastra o su una pietra rovente.

Ingredienti
(per 14 welsh cakes)
buy clomid, buy clomid online.

  • 225 gr di farina autolievitante
  • 1 cucchiaino di bicarbonato
  • 110 gr di burro
  • 85 gr di zucchero semolato
  • 1 uovo
  • un paio di cucchiai di latte se serve
  • una manciata di bacche goji
  • 1\2 cucchiaino di curcuma (opzionale)

Preparazione

  1. Mettete in una ciotola il burro freddo a pezzi e la farina, bicarbonato e curcuma setacciando le polveri. Lavoratela velocemente con le mani fino a che non avrete un composto a briciole, potete farlo anche nel mixer o nella ciotola di un impastatore. Aggiungere l’uovo, zucchero e infine le bacche goji.
  2. Lavorare l’impasto fino ad ottenere un composto liscio a palla, se vi occorre aggiungete uno o due cucchiai di latte.
  3. Stendere la sfoglia a circa 6\7 mm. e con un tagliapasta ricavatene dei cilindretti di circa 6\7 cm. di diametro.
  4. Nel frattempo scaldare la griglia Teppan Yaki, e cuocere i dolcetti almeno 3 minuti per lato. Il calore non deve essere estremo, ma medio, altrimenti si bruceranno senza cuocere internamente.
  5. Cospargete di zucchero semolato. Welsh cake A? un dolce da tea quindi solitamente si serve con creme fraiche e marmellate.
